Product Design Highlights
This 2013 Bronze Ware set is the second issue, and consists of two coins, one which is gold and the other which is silver. The gold coin weighs approximately ¼ oz while the silver coin is one ounce. Mintages for the gold and silver coins differ: for the gold they have been limited to 50,000 while for silver mintages have been limited to 80,000. The gold coin has a face value of 100 Yuan while the silver coin has a face value of 10 Yuan.
On the face of the gold coin a bronze container is depicted, which was used for beverages during the Xia dynasty. The silver coin, in contrast, depicts an image of the Xianwen vessel, which was constructed during the Shang dynasty and was used to carry wine and water.
