Set against a finely engraved forest background covered in snow, this is where the American Bald Eagle is in its element. The obverse features the Raphael Maklouf effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. The coin is issued by New Zealand Mint as legal tender, under the authority of Niue Island. The coin is presented in an attractive wooden case with removable insert. Insert can be positioned so the coin is displayed upright. |
