The Peoples Bank of China is to issue a set of gold and silver commemorative coins for Chinese Sacred Buddhist Mountain (Mount Jiuhua) on April 28st 2015. The set consists of five coins, with three in gold and two in silver, all of which are the legal tender of the Peoples Republic of China.
Obverse design
The set of gold and silver commemorative coins bear the common obverse of the National Emblem of the Peoples Republic of China, the title of P.R.C. and the year date.
Reverse design
The reverse of 62.208g (2oz) silver coin features Tiantai Temple, the words Tiantai Temple, Mount Jiuhua in Chinese and the face value.
