Hong Kong and Macau shipments of collectible products over $1000HKD are shipped for free.

Local collectible orders are shipped for free.

Is my shipment insured?

All shipments sent by LPM are insured, however orders are only covered while in transit. Coverage is terminated upon arrival of the package (marked as delivered or notice of signature from carrier).

What if I have a mixed collectible and bullion order to ship?

Collectible orders will be shipped for free if they meet the minimum requirements but the bullion portion of the shipment will need to be paid by you.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, you will be given a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
