The design concept of the PAMP Suisse Bar features both classic and contemporary influences. The front of the bar is engraved with an artistic rendition of “Lady Fortuna,” the Roman goddess of fate and fortune, or “Lady Luck” as she is most commonly referred to. This image depicts her as a blindfolded deity holding a cornucopia filled with gold coins. She is a symbol of how arbitrarily one’s circumstances can change for the better and her portrait on each gold bar reminds its owners to consider themselves quite fortunate to own such an exquisite collector’s piece.
