In response to the severe epidemic situation, LPM will suspend all HK local delivery services from today until further notice to protect your health and ensure a safe pick-up arrangement. If you have placed an order and selected the local delivery service, our customer service staff will contact you as soon as possible to update the related arrangements. 

During this period, you could select "In-store pick up" and book an appointment for order collection after receiving the pickup notification email. (Please be reminded that: In order to protect the safety and health of customers and employees, we will only provide counter services, including "In-store pick up", for customers who have made an appointment in advance.)

We hope to restore the option for you again as soon as the courier service resumes.

The waiting time at the store may be slightly extended, and we are unable to provide services for any walk-in customers. 

We are doing everything we can to ensure the health and safety of our employees and customers, therefore,

  • All visitors must wear masks and use hand sanitizer prior to attending the showroom.
  • All showroom visits also will require an appointment.  
  • Only 2 visitors are allowed for each appointment.

By segregating customer visits, it allows us to sterilize the trading areas as well as lower the risk of spreading the virus.
