The coin's reverse depicts a colour image of Snugglepot & Cuddlepie sitting on a tree branch, surrounded by gumnuts and gum leaves, with Little Ragged Blossom between them. The design includes the inscription MAY GIBBS SNUGGLEPOT & CUDDLEPIE, and The Perth Mints P mintmark.

Australian Legal Tender

Issued as legal tender under the Australian Currency Act 1965, the coin features the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the monetary denomination, and the 2015 year-date on the obverse.

Limited Mintage

The Perth Mint will release no more than 5,000 of the Snugglepot & Cuddlepie 2015 1/2oz Silver Coloured Coin.
